By browsing the Site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted. This does not constitute final acceptance — it means we have received your order.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Cancelled orders receive a full refund.
  • Payment Processing: We accept Stripe, WooPay, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the method submitted.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna are subject to their own terms and approval processes. Aevolen is not responsible for their decisions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to US addresses only.

  • Delivery Estimates: Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days from shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $65. Orders below this threshold may incur a shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Delays: Aevolen is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Contact us if your package is lost or damaged in transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • How to Return: Contact us at [contact@aevolen.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Aevolen or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevolen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any purchases.
